This savory marmalade is my "standby" staple to have on hand for a last-minute appetizer. As others have mentioned, there are endless ways to create a yummy snack or quick hor d'oeuvres. Vary the recipe with whatever you have - the base (flatbread, pizza crust, crackers, tortillas), the cheese (blue, feta, whatever), & veggies and/or seasonings. It's also wonderful on top of baked brie or Camembert for a spread. This is such an outstanding product -- we pick up when we are in MI or order to have on hand here in SC.
Herbed Red Onion Marmalade
This sweet/savory/spicy marmalade makes the perfect topper for appetizers! A bit of goat cheese atop a cracker or sliced cucumbers with dab of marmalade to top it off - yum! Many ways to use but that's my favorite.
I received a jar of herbed red onion marmalade in a gift basket three years ago. It left so good I tracked down where I could get it again. Took awhile but I finally found it and ordered it. It just came and I’m so excited! Try it—you won’t regret it!!
I Beau Bien's Red Onion Marmalade is wonderful on my chicken alfredo pizza. Just a few dollops on the pizza give it a refreshingly sweet and savory flavor.
